SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A judge rejected a request Friday from Central Valley planters who looked for to halt deal with California’s ambitious high-speed rail project. Sacramento County Superior Court Judge Timothy Frawley rejected a request for a preliminary injunction. Groups representing Central Valley planters claim that the California High-Speed Rail Authority need to need to halt all planning and engineering deal with the $ 68 billion project due to the fact that the state violated environmental laws. The judge ruled that “the authority acted reasonably and in good faith” in thinking about the project’s impact. The rail authority’s chairman, Dan Richard, applauded the decision. “Both the voters and the Legislature have spoken on high-speed rail,” he stated in a statement.

  • Aggregate Sentiment is meant to be an indicator of an individual’s overall sentiment.
  • The Mean is meant to be an indicator of an individual’s average comment sentiment.
  • The Standard Deviation, when there are enough quotes, will indicate an individual’s consistency of sentiment (i.e. a Standard Deviation of 0 would mean they were very consistent in their sentiment and 1 would mean they were very inconsistent).

Note that quote stats are likely to be meaningless beyond the aggregate score due to the tiny sample size. However, they are always provided just in case you find something useful there.
